If you are a client of ours, or are thinking about using our services, here is where you can ask questions, or report problems.

If you do not have a helpdesk account yet, please email us and we will set one up for you. We will assign a username and give you a temporary password that you can change once you log in.

All information handled by our helpdesk system is handled through our secure connection.

If you forgot your username or password, email helpdesk@PremierWebsiteSolutions.ca. We will only send the username and/or password to an email address we have on file. If your email address has changed, we will need sufficient proof of your identity before sending a username or password to a different email address.
